DStickyFormFooter.

Sticky bottom bar for multi-step forms: backdrop-blurred bg, hairline top border, inner content clamped to a max width (default 880px). Two named slots: #progress (left, flex-1) and #actions (right). Place at the page root; pages must add bottom padding (~96px) so fields aren't hidden behind it.
